The Clinton Cards-owned Birthdays shop in Bexleyheath Broadway will close by Saturday (June 30), meaning eight staff will lose their jobs.
It will be one of 47 stores to close on that day as administrators Zolfo Cooper continue wielding the axe.
Up to 19 jobs were saved when the Clinton Cards store in the Broadway Shopping Centre was snapped up as part of a deal.
Earlier this month US retailer American Greetings bought more than half of the 750 shops across the country.
Peter Saville, a partner at Zolfo Cooper, had said store closures and job losses were likely.
He said: “It is likely that a number of stores will need to be closed in order to make the business financially viable.
“However, Clinton Cards and Birthdays are very well-known brands on the high street and we believe that this is a strong underlying core business.”
