Ice Cream Festival

The Boogie Woogie Gals will also be performing

Cool off at Kent Life Heritage Farm Park this bank holiday Monday as the Ice Cream Festival returns.

There will be plenty of treats to tuck into and sample, with ice cream vendors, chocolatiers and sweet stalls assembling for the day.

Among them will be Kent’s Simply Ice Cream - ice cream which is handmade in small batches from local ingredients - and Kelly’s of Cornwall, known for their clotted cream range.

The Boogie Woogie Gals - a 1940s/50s style close-harmony vocal group - will also be performing for visitors.

And in addition to the festival, people can enjoy all of Kent Life’s usual activities.

Visit Cuddle Corner, take a traditional ride, get creative in the Paint-a-Pot studio, and have a go at animal feeding.

Little ones can burn off energy in the outdoor and indoor play areas, whluie grown-ups can check out the Vintage Village. The attraction is also a real working farm, set in 28 acres of countryside, so there are plenty of animals to see, including pigs, sheep, ducks, goats, alpacas, horses and ponies.

Admission is £9.95 for adults, £7.95 for children, and a family day ticket is £29.95.
