Danson Festival 2012 dates confirmed

The dates for this year’s Danson Festival - the biggest event in Bexley - have been confirmed.

Saturday (7) and Sunday (8), July 7 and 8, will see hundreds of artists, performers, musicians, dancers, sports people and entertainers descend on Danson Park in Welling for the annual event which began in 1998.

There will be three stages - main, arts and community - as well as an art and sports zone. Free sailing sessions will be available on the lake.

Entrance to the festival is free and car parking in the park is £5.50 per car.
