Children aged 5-11 can channel their inner Sherlock Holmes

Kids can have a taster at being a detective for a day in Margate this May.

Ever wanted to solve a mystery? Well, this is your chance.

There are strange goings on happening in Margate and the Theatre Royal needs your help.

Expect riddles to solve, codes to break and unusual people to meet on a hunt that will take visitors into every corner of the beautiful and curious theatre. What secrets will we discover? And who’s behind it all?

Come at any time during the event and join a timed tour, lasting around an hour.

The day out takes place on May 1, and tickets can be purchased for £5.
