Richard Durrant is bringing A Candlelit Christmas Guitar Concert, with special guest Amy Kakoura and Nick Pynn, to three Kent venues this December.

Musician, composer and guitarist Mr Durrant is set for a magical, wintry Christmas tour with guest singer Amy Kakoura and British folk fiddler Nick Pynn.

The music comes from folk, pagan and Christian traditions which, with Mr Durrant’s own approach to the guitar, places these annual wintry happenings a million miles from the more commercial aspects of Christmas.

From the oldest song in the Oxford Book of Carols to Fairytale of New York on ukulele, this is a show packed full of midwinter charm.

The performance is coming to St Mary’s and St Peter’s Church, Wilmington on December 16.
