Premier League clubs are locked in a three-way battle to sign Atletico Madrid youngster Oliver Torres.

The talented playmaker was a member of Spain’s European Championship-winning Under-19 squad, and featured in Atletico’s first team towards the end of last season.

But despite the attention of some of Europe’s top clubs, the youngster is keeping his feet on the ground.

“I’m one who doesn’t look too far ahead. I live for today and if things are going well now, that’s all that matters,” said Torres.

“My best feature is my quality and vision, I like to lead the team,” he added.
