Millwall star Josh Wright believes that that club can go places next season after putting pen-to-paper on a three year contract.

The 22-year-old made 21 appearances for the Lions last season after joining on a short-term contract in November and he was delighted to extend his stay at The Den.

“Signing for Millwall was an easy decision to make,” he told the club’s official site.

“I came here with the intention to stay for many years and I am delighted I am able to do so.

“I believe that I can go places with this club and we can push on next season.”

Veteran goalkeeper Maik Taylor is also likely to confirm his stay in south London after he was released by Leeds.
