Harry Kane pleased with his progression at Millwall

Tottenham youngster Harry Kane believes he has made big strides forward in his development during his loan spell at Millwall.

The 18-year-old has scored five goals in his last 10 games for the Lions helping the south Londoners move eight points clear of the bottom three.

"I feel good, sharp and fit, which is what I wanted to prove when I joined Millwall because when I first came here I wasn't as sharp as Id have liked to be," Kane told Sky Sports.

"The chance to play regular football has given me that platform and now I feel that I can score every time I get onto the pitch.

"It is obviously the next step up from League One, where I played for Leyton Orient last season, and it is a lot more physical in the Championship.

"I've had to adapt my game and make sure that I can win a lot more balls in the air, which I feel that I have done.

"It is a great learning curve to take back to Spurs and I feel that my game has developed a lot since coming to Millwall."
