Bexley councillor John Davey

Bexley Conservative councillors John Davey and Eileen Pallen, became the latest additions to Bexley Care Trust, each receiving an annual payment of £7,882.

They will serve for four years, from their appointment date of August 5, or until the end of their current term of office as councillors.

Ms Pallen, who has lived in the borough for more than 20 years, is employed to investigate claims of bullying and harassment for different organisations.

Meanwhile, her Conservative colleague is Chairman of the Arts Council of Bexley and governor at three schools.
