A series of carers awareness sessions aimed to inform people about the services available in their community,

Sainsbury’s Crayford worked with Carers UK to mark carers’ week and helped raise awareness of the role of carers who look after ill, frail or disabled family members from June 13 to June 15.

Sainsbury’s Store Manager Robert Johnson added: “Carers play such an important part in our community and we’re proud to be working with Carers UK to help highlight the support that’s available in Bexleyheath and Crayford.”

MP David Evennett visited the store to show support.
