Engineering works affect late-night trains

Minor disruption to services in north Kent, south London and west Kent

Late-night engineering works will cause minor disruption to trains in north and west Kent and south London this week.

The 11.52pm train from London Charing Cross to Hayes will not call at New Cross or St John’s from tonight until Thursday, and the 12.02am train from Charing Cross to Dartford, the 12.10am train from Charing Cross to Dartford via Sidcup, the 12.18am train from Charing Cross to Gillingham via Charlton and Woolwich Arsenal and the 12.48am train from Charing Cross to Orpington will all not call at New Cross from tonight until Friday. There will be replacement buses from Lewisham to New Cross and St John’s and vice versa.

The 11.56pm train from London Charing Cross to Dartford via Greenwich will not stop at Deptford, Greenwich, Maze Hill or Westcombe Park from tonight until Thursday. There will be replacement buses in both directions between all four stations and Charlton.

Finally, the 11.45pm train from London Charing Cross to Hastings will terminate at Tunbridge Wells from tonight until Thursday, with replacement buses carrying on into Sussex.
