Following last month’s success, the Erith Kitchen event will be returning on August 17.

More than 200 people came along to last event to enjoy street food, ice cream and live entertainment.

The next one promises more flavours, from homemade Italian gnocchi to unique ice creams.

Musicians will be performing against the backdrop of Erith’s riverfront.

The Kitchen will pop-up at the eastern end of Pier Road, near Morrisons.

Deputy leader of the council and cabinet member for growth, Cllr Louie French said; “This fantastic event is just a small part of a regeneration programme aimed at developing Erith into a thriving riverside community.

“Erith has a unique setting right by the River Thames and it has so much to offer visitors.

“I’d encourage residents to #doitforbexley. Pop down and support this brilliant local event.”

The event will take place from 4pm-9pm.
