A local football team are holding a special event day in Bexley, in aid of Guys and St Thomas NHS Trust Cancer Research.

Parkwood Rangers FC have teamed up with Crystal Palace FC to raise money to support the cause, and the event will see Crystal Palace send their academy teams across all age groups to play Parkwood teams.

As the London FA Charter Standard Club of the year, Parkwood are looking forward to the event, which promises plenty of fun for all the family, including bouncy castles, a barbecue and a bar.

It will be held on Saturday September 8 at the Bexley Park Sports and Social Club on Calvert Drive.
