On Monday, February 20, the Lamorbey Swimming Baths in Station Road, Sidcup, which used to be a cinema during the 1930s, are set to be auctioned at Clive Emson Conference Centre, Kent County Showground, Maidstone, at 11am.

Auctioneer John Stockey said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to breathe new life into a building that was at the heart of many people’s social lives over the decades.”
