The Tour de France winner will be among those taking part in the men’s cycling time trials, which start and finish at Hampton Court Palace.

The Met Office has forecast a dry morning for the area, but by 1pm there may be some light rain, which could affect the women’s time trials which start at 12.30pm.

Rain should clear by 4pm at Hampton Court, just before the men’s time trial is due to finish at 4.30pm.

Temperatures will reach a high of 20C around 4pm falling to 17C in the evening.
