The homes are based in the old grounds of Queen Mary’s hospital

Shared ownership apartments are set to become available as part of a new village community.

Based in the old Queen Mary’s Hospital Grounds, 42 homes including two and three bedroom apartments, are expected to become available by the end of the month.

The launch of Queen Mary’s Village coincides with the council’s £1.8million regeneration project planned.

Shared Ownership homes at Queen Mary Village will start at £66,250 for a 25% share of a £265,000 two-bedroom apartment and £75,000 for a 25% share of a £300,000 three-bedroom apartment.
