Pair charged with attempted murder after Sidcup gun shots fired

Two men have been charged with three counts of attempted murder after gun shots were fired in Sidcup on Monday.

Noah Smith, 24, of Lucks Lane, Maidstone, and George Smith, 48, of St Catherines Cross, Coneybury, both appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

They have been remanded in custody to appear at the Central Criminal Court on February 12.

Police were called to Maidstone Road, in Sidcup, just before 5pm on Monday after reports of shots being fired.

Officers found no one injured and arrested Noah Smith at the scene. George Smith was later arrested in connection with the incident.
