Sidcup Fringe Festival finalise entertainment line-up

The event takes place this weekend and will include original material from drama students

Family arts festival, Sidcup Fringe, has released final information about the weekend-long event this week.

The event, taking place across June 16 and 17, has encorporated a vintage style bar, pop up craft beer and cider tents, food stalls, and free entertainment and activities for all ages, in the grounds of the Manor House.

A spokesperson for the event said: “The excitement is building and who knows what will pop up, so please keep checking the web site and Facebook for updates.

One thing is for sure, not only will the event be satisfying your hunger and thirst for the Arts, we can guarantee our bar and food stalls will keep you sustained.”

Entertainment will include Bird College’s Little Big band, music and arts workshops, circus skills, face painting, craft activities, and children’s trails, as well as a soft play area, an operatic duo, and magic shows.

Music and drama performances, including original material, by student’s from Sidcup’s theatre schools, Rose Bruford and Bird College, will begin at 6pm each evening inside the venue.
