Commuters can expect delays throughout the rush hour

Commuters heading back from London are facing major disruption on the hottest day of the year.

Southeastern has told customers to avoid Charing Cross, after a signalling problem between the station and London Bridge is causing delays of up to 50 minutes.

Delays, cancellations and diversions are expected to last throughout the rush hour, until around 7pm.

Southeastern ticket holders will able to use their tickets on the following:

London Underground between London Terminals and the Docklands Light Railway on all reasonable routes

London Buses on all routes between London Bridge and Dartford / Lewisham / Hayes

Fastrack buses between Dartford and Gravesend

Are you caught up in the disruption? Let us know at luke.may@archant.co.uk.
