Stand-still traffic for two miles on A2 after crash in Gravesend

Three lanes were closed earlier and queues backed to Bluewater
Drivers are warned to use alternative routes to the A2 as stand-still traffic is piling up for two miles.
Three lanes of the A2 coastbound at Pepper Hill, Gravesend were closed earlier following a crash.
The accident has been cleared, by emergency services who attended the scene.
It has not been reported whether anyone was injured in the crash.
Queues were back to the A296, near Bluewater.
Congestion is expected to ease from 3.30pm.
