The incident happened on Saturday morning

Two men were taken to hospital on Sunday morning after an attack by up to ten people in Erith.

Police understand one victim, aged 18, had an argument with another male outside The Ship in West Street at around 12.15am.

It quickly escalated and the victim was then attacked by the group.

The victim suffered head injuries and taken to hospital.

Another two victims were injured trying to help the 18-year-old, one of whom also suffered a head injury putting them in hospital.

The suspects, including both males and females, are believed to be in their mid to late teens.

After the attack, they reportedly ran off in the direction of Saint Fidelis Road.
