The organisation is hoping to form partnerships with local businesses

The Music Hub Plus at Ashford Kent College is holding a media evening with complementary wine, soft drinks and canapés, to raise awareness and invite local businesses and organisations to support the great work it is doing with young people.

The hub aims to support musical and likeminded people in showcasing their skills and knowledge.

The Music Hub is a non-core funded organisation, and as such raise funds to facilitate their training programmes.

To help and improve the facility, they are looking to associate with local businesses and organisations to support the college throught partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.

Founder Kate Holton, said: “We are Ashford’s only alternative educational provision for young people, we aim to give them unique work experience and employment opportunities through development of our commercial businesses and help to reduce youth unemployment and inspire talent.”
