Tenterden’s resident singing group, The Tuesdays, are throwing an Easter ‘hop’ concert in April.

The event, held at the Zion Baptist Church is open to anyone who enjoys singing, or loves to hear music.

Musical director for The Tuesdays, Max Wilson, says: “We all had such a great time a few weeks ago, when our Make Your Voice Count event proved an enormous hit, with more than 450 people turning up to St Mildred’s Church, and joining in a Queen medley.

“So if you were one of our singers that night, or you weren’t able to make it, then come along and feel free to bring your family and friends with you”.

Song sheets will be available, and the evening features favourites such as Islands In The Stream, Phinestone Cowboy, You’re Still The One, as well as current songs by Ed Sheeran, and One Republic.

Admission is free, although there will be a donation bucket for Pilgrims Hospice. The Easter concert begins at 7pm.
