Spandau Ballet bass guitarist and EastEnders star Martin Kemp is hosting an evening of star-studded tales in Maidstone.

Joining him for this up close and personal evening is BBC Radio Lincolnshire presenter Howard Leader who will act as compare.

Martin, whose son Roman has recently taken over as presenter of the Capital Radio Breakfast Show, plans to discuss his life with Spandau Ballet and beyond, giving the audience the opportunity to ask questions.

The musician is best known for his time in the band, which toured the world and had a number of top 20 hits in the 80s.

The band reformed recently and Martin has spent the last two years touring the world promoting the film Soul Boys of the Western World.

The show is coming to Maidstone’s Hazlitt Theatre on May 19.
