David Evennett tours new centre at Erith

Bexleyheath and Crayford MP David Evennett has visited the new urgent care centre at the Erith Hospital.

Mr Evennett visited the site in Park Crescent on Friday and met with bosses from Hurley Group, which runs the centre, and the Bexley Clinical Commissioning Group.

The centre treats patients who have an urgent but not life-threatening illness or injury. It is open 365 days a year between 8am and 10pm.

He said: “I was very impressed with the staff and the new facilities.”
