A SHOPPING centre is offering one person to beat the recession blues in a £100 trolley dash.

Next Friday Erith Riverside Shopping Centre will give their 'Star Bargain Hunter' £100 to spend in a 60- minute sweep.

All the goodies that the shopper grabs in one hour, they will be able to take home with them.

Erith Riverside's centre manager, Barry Owen, said: "Everyone loves it when they find a good bargain and the Erith Riverside Shopping Centre is the place to do just that."

Those wanting to be the Star Bargain Hunter must write, in less than 100 words, why they are an amazing bargain hunter and why they deserve to win and post their entry in a box in Riverside Centre by next Monday.
