Animal centre seeks homes for kitten and rabbits in Bexley

This week's Help A Pet appeal is seeking for homes for a kitten and a pair of unwanted rabbits in Bexley.
Kitten Jocelyn is 4 months old and needs a new home as her owner became allergic to her fur.
Her fosterer Lynn Thorburn said: “We would like Jocelyn to be adopted by someone who already has a young cat, so they can become pals and companions.”
Jocelyn has been microchipped and vaccinated and will have to be kept indoors until she is neutered at 6 months old.
If you can offer a home to Jocelyn, call Dave and Lynn on 020 8265 3210.
Rabbits Evie and Sam had both been kept in a very small hutch and were badly neglected and so rescued by a neighbour.
The female rabbit was pregnant when rescued, but her babies didn’t survive, probably due to the fact that she was very young and malnourished.
She has since been spayed and is now a very healthy little bunny. Evie will be rehomed with Sam, who is also neutered.
If you can offer a home to Evie and Sam a home, call Julie on 07958 031884.
Anim-Mates is an animal rescue group based in north-west Kent and south-east London.
All the animals are cared for in the homes of fosterers who treat them as their own pets until they are re-homed.
New homes are vetted. Anim-Mates is run entirely by volunteers.
