Appeal for information after Bexley hospital break in

Police are appealing for information following a burglary at a hospital which took place on May 30.

At around 11.30am patrolling officers were flagged down by a motorist and told that three males were breaking into the closed down old maternity ward of Queen Mary’s Hospital, Frognall Avenue. Sidcup.

Two men were arrested on suspicion of burglary after officers attended the scene.

They have now been bailed until July 3.

Police would like to trace the motorist who flagged down the officers, along with anyone in the area who may have seen or heard anything.
