It is believed the man could reside in the Welling area.

Det Const Andy Parkinson said: “There were lots of people on this train and I am confident many of them will be able to help us with information about what took place.

“BTP take all reports of sexual behaviour on the transport network seriously, which is why it is vital that anyone who recognises the man pictured contacts us as a matter of urgency.”

Contact BTP on 0800 40 50 40 with information.
