Appeal for witnesses after mother and daughter attacked on Kent train

British Transport Police (BTP) are asking witnesses to come forward.

A mother and daughter were verbally and physically assaulted on a 6.09pm London Victoria to Dartford train.

The incident occurred on November 1, as the train travelled between Kidbrooke and Welling.

PC Jason Weston-Collinson said: “A 45-year-old woman and her 18-year-old daughter were verbally and physically assaulted and then pushed off the train at Welling station.

“As part of our investigation we are appealing for anyone on the train who witnessed the incident to come forward.”
