The competition is open until the end of April

An online garden centre is asking children to enter a potato modelling competition with the chance of winning a prize.

www.potterandrest.co.uk is asking youngster to create a potato model for the chance to win a £25 voucher to spend on the site.

Peter Burks, horticultural expert at the website said: “The potatoes can be modelled into absolutely anything the children wish, whether it’s famous faces or animals, the more creative the better! We are then asking them to snap a photo of themselves with their potato model and send it in to us via hello@potterandrest.co.uk and we’ll share all the entries on our social media pages.”

Entrants have until April 29 to send in their models, with regional winners picking up £10 vouchers
