Commuters in Bexley were hit by the terrible weather conditions as Southeastern announced some services would be subject to severe delays.

Southeastern says it is running a regular timetable however the snow and ice over the weekend is causing delays and disrupted service on some routes.

It had to cancel several early morning trains but the ones which are running will be longer with more carriages.

Passengers are advised to check before leaving home to see if their service is still running.
