Filming and recording in Bexley Council meetings will be discussed by the constitution review panel on Tuesday.

The issue has caused some controversy in the borough recently when resident Nicholas Dowling was banned from using a voice recorder in a scrutiny committee meeting in June.

Local government secretary Eric Pickles has also criticised the council for their recording stance.

The meeting takes place in the civic offices in Bexleyheath Broadway at 7.30pm.
