It’s all change as the top as Bexley’s borough commander moves on to Tower Hamlets.

Chief Superintendent Dave Stringer arrived at Tower Hamlets today and has been replaced by Chief Superintendent Victor Olisa who has started his new job today.

He started his policing career with Surrey police and has served with the City of London and Southwark police as well as with the Home Office Race Unit.

He replaces Chief Supt Stringer who started his career in Sussex before moving to Brixton and then Croydon and has said he’s looking forward to working in one of London’s most high profile boroughs.
