Bexley had cheapest 2013 rents according to London survey

The gap in rental prices between Bexley and Kensington and Chelsea has grown to nearly £4,500, according to a survey.

The Move with Us Rental Index shows Bexley is the cheapest borough to rent in, with average monthly asking rents of £1,027.

In Kensington and Chelsea, the most expensive, the average rent is £5,438, a gap of £4,411 which has grown by £218 in the last year.

Bexley also had the second highest rise in asking rents of London boroughs over the same period, with a 10.4 per cent increase, only topped by City of London where rents went up by 24.3 per cent.
