Bexley residents encouraged to adopt St John Ambulance’s New Year’s resolution

The UK’s leading first aid charity want people to share a six second film on its website showing the first four indicators when someone is going to have a heart attack.

The signs are: Pain in the chest, weak or rapid pulse, pale ashen skin and perspiration (or profuse sweating).

In the UK, 92,000 people suffer heart attacks each year.
