TWO teenage motorcyclists have been taken to hospital with serious head injuries after a head-on crash.

TWO teenage motorcyclists have been taken to hospital with serious head injuries after a head-on crash.

The collision between an 18 and 19-year-old happened in a derelict area next to a Linpac industrial site, in Slade Green Road, Erith, at 12.20pm last Friday. The 18-year-old is in a stable but critical condition at the Royal London Hospital, while the 19-year-old is recovering from a fractured skull at Darent Valley Hospital, Dartford.

A police spokeswoman said: "As a result of a head-on motorcycle collision, two young men have serious face, head and chest injuries.
