Bromley College was awarded.

They were presented with the award this week.

Bromley College of further and higher education and Bexley College were presented with an award on Tuesday.

The colleges won the outstanding teaching, learning and assessment award from the Education and Training Foundation.

The award celebrates exemplary practice in the field of teaching.

It was based on all the college’s online screencast project, which aims to support students to better understand the feedback they receive on their work.

The awards were presented to the winners at an award ceremony organised with The Learning Consortium, AoC London Region and EMFEC.

Tracey Davis, Bromley College’s e-learning manager, said: “This has been an extremely successful project.

“Students have benefitted from personalised and detailed feedback that they can access from any web-based device.

“This has not only improved their performance but has given them the flexibility to review that feedback at times that are convenient to them.

“They have also been able to stop and start their feedback and enable real engagement with the comments given.”
