Budding stars took to the X Factor stage on Sunday night to wow the audience in the opening sequence.
Young members of All the Arts Theatre School – which holds classes in Bromley and Bexley – performed alongside presenter Dermot O’Leary, as his ‘Dermotots’.
Alfie Parks, nine, Henry-George Morgans, eight, Ryan Azam, nine, Clarke Cavanagh, eight, Parris Brockwell-Lowe, Ben Brokenshire, nine, and Leon Taylor, nine, were chosen by Thames Television to take part.
School principal Lucy Morgans said: “This was a tremendous opportunity for our boys on a huge scale! We were delighted when X Factor researchers approached us saying they had heard of our local reputation and wanted to work with our pupils.”
She added: “It doesn’t get much better than mingling with the likes of Louis Walsh, Simon Cowell and Sharon Osbourne, our boys were very excited to meet the judging panel and they will never forget the moment when the show started and they danced alongside Dermot in the show’s opening ceremony.”
