A FIGHT which spilled out onto the High Street from a burger bar resulted in two arrests and the seizure of a chair leg.

A FIGHT which spilled out onto the High Street from a burger bar resulted in two arrests and the seizure of a chair leg.

Police were called to McDonalds in Sidcup High Street at approximately 2.24pm after reports of a fight, last Thursday.

But when they arrived, three teenagers ran off and were chased by the officers on foot.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested in the High Street on suspicion of affray and possession of an offensive weapon. Another 17-year-old boy was arrested in Lansdown Road on suspicion of the same offences.

Both were taken to Bexleyheath Police station but bailed, pending further enquiries, until next month.
