A CHAUFFEUR who was using a stolen blue badge with a fake expiry date has been ordered to pay more than £500.

A CHAUFFEUR who was using a stolen blue badge with a fake expiry date has been ordered to pay more than £500.

Alfred Cutmore, 69, of Lingley Close, Sidcup, appeared at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court on February 3 after he pleaded guilty to using the stolen badge given to disabled or elderly people.

He was spotted in Coin Street in Waterloo using the rouge badge before pleading guilty to six charges of using a stolen and date-altered badge.

The six offices for which he was fined £300 and ordered to pay £215, dated back nearly four years.
