Crayford death being treated as unexplained but not suspicious

The death of a man who died suddenly in a Crayford hostel is being treated as unexplained but not suspicious, say police.

Officers and the London Ambulance Service were called to Chapel Hill just after 3pm on Friday and a man in his early 30s was pronounced dead at the scene.

Next of kin have been informed and a post-mortem examination will take place in due course.
