Death crash sparks appeal

A MAN has been killed after driving his red Toyota the wrong way down a dual carriageway. The 22-year-old victim collided with a white Escort van on the A20 near Crittals Corner services at 2.35am on Saturday morning.

A MAN has been killed after driving his red Toyota the wrong way down a dual carriageway.

The 22-year-old victim collided with a white Escort van on the A20 near Crittals Corner services at 2.35am on Saturday morning.

The van driver sustained minor injuries and was taken to Queen Mary's Hospital, Sidcup, but the Toyota driver was found dead on the scene.

He had been driving towards London in the coast-bound carriageway.

Kent police say they are anxious to hear from anyone that might have seen the red Toyota on the M20 or the A20 before the crash.
