Fire crews called to Albion Road

More than 20 firefighters were called to an underground car park in Bexleyheath yesterday after a fire broke out.

Around 50 people had to be evacuated after the fire started in the car park of a hotel in Albion Road just after 8.30am.

Part of an electrical intake room was damaged by the fire. Crews spent almost three hours at the scene.
