Elderly pedestrian dies in hospital after crash in Bexleyheath

A woman in her 80s has died after she was hit by a car in Bexleyheath.
Beryl Chenery was in Townley Road when she was struck by a silver Ford Fiesta at around 2.10pm on Friday, November 4.
The female driver stopped at the scene.
Mrs Chenery was rushed to an east London hospital, where she later died from her injuries on Wednesday, November 16.
So far, no arrests have been made, though police are continuing to investigate the collision.
Investigating officer DC Sally Robinson said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who was in the Townley Road area on the afternoon of Friday, November 4, who may have witnessed the collision.
“We would urge anyone with information to come forward.”
