A face painter was on hand to transform children into lions and butterflies at Erith’s summer fair.

The fair at Erith Riverside Shopping Centre in Erith High Street last Saturday boasted a live band, stalls with crafts, homemade jewellery, cosmetics and freshly made donuts.

Winning entries from a school poetry competition across Bexley were also unveiled and will be on display throughout the summer holidays.
