Children and adults helped raise more than £3,000 for Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance by taking part in a range of inflatable activities.

This included a laser tag, a bungee run and a gladiator joust.

Around 500 people turned out at Bexleyheath Academy in Woolwich Road on April 28 for the family fun day which also included a mobile climbing wall, a bouncy castle and a human table football tournament.

The event was run by Bexleyheah business Xtreme Vortex, owned by Andy Green and Donna Dowling, and there was also more traditional fun day fare including a coconut shy, a raffle and refreshments.
