An artist’s impression has been released of how a new retirement living development in Bexleyheath will look when it is completed in a year’s time.

The McCarthy and Stone development will feature a mix of stylish one and two-bedroom retirement living apartments, available exclusively for those aged 60 and over.

Facilities will include a lounge club for socialising, a guest suite for friends and relatives, and landscaped gardens.

Julie Ward, regional sales and marketing director for McCarthy and Stone South East, said: “At McCarthy and Stone we are committed to delivering the right development for the needs of the local area and our latest development in Bexleyheath will not only provide Retirement Living in a prime location, it will also breathe new life into the wider community.”

Construction work has already begun and apartments are expected to go on sale in early 2017.
