A FOOTBALL club needs girls to play for its teenage teams.

Long Lane Junior Football Club, based at its own ground in Dursley Road, Kidbrooke, has spaces for girls aged up to 18 to play every Sunday in the Kent League or Selkent League.

Players need to attend weekly training sessions at the FA Charter Standard club, but no trials are required to join.

The club's under-12 team won the Hayden Youth Association's seven-a-side tournament at Wilmington in a penalty shoot-out, this year.

All coaches are qualified and CRB cleared under FA regulations.
