The TV star was in town to promote her latest weight-loss book

Geordie Shore’s Holly Hagan delighted fans and dieters when she appeared at Bexleyheath’s Broadway Shopping Centre on Saturday (April 30) to share her slimming secrets.

The 24-year-old celebrity, who has lost three stone since first appearing on the hit MTV show in 2011, was in town to sign copies of her latest weight-loss book at the centre’s WHSmith store.

She said the best part of publishing her weight-loss journey was meeting like-minded dieters.

“I loved coming to Bexleyheath to meet the people who actually buy my 2016 Body Bible and use it on their own journeys,” she said.

“The best part is actually talking to the people who have been inspired by my own weight loss and transformation, and have used that inspiration to boost their own confidence and change their lives.

“The fans at Bexleyheath were great, so friendly and enthusiastic.

“Meeting all of the people who came to the signing really made me feel proud of myself, and of all the people around me who have helped me in my journey along the way, especially the fans.”

Ms Hagan credits her rapid weight loss to old-fashioned healthy eating and physical exercise, and she hopes to inspire others to follow suit with her diet and fitness books.

The aspiring singer has already scored a hit with Holly’s Body Bible, and she is now promoting Holly’s Hagan’s 12 week Body Bible 2016 Edition, which helps readers to shape up in just one week.

Mum-of-two and Geordie Shore fan Kirsty Wareing, from Bexleyheath, said the celebrity’s Body Bible had inspired her to lose weight and exercise more.

“I’ve bought all her books and watched the show. I only had my baby seven months ago, which was why I bought the latest book,” she said.

“Holly looks really good and she has done it the proper way with healthy food and exercise rather than the surgery route.

Ms Hagan’s new book features an intense 12-week guide designed for immediate results, along with a complete meal plan, a step-by-step exercise and cardio regime, and advice from the star and her personal trainer.

“It has helped me lose over three stone and completely change my outlook on leading a healthy lifestyle,” the star said.
